Welcome to my blog!
Hi! My name is Joyce and I'm a proud Canadian married to an amazing man from California. When I'm not working my 9-5, you can usually find me travelling, binge watching Friends on Netflix, or crafting away at home. I make frequent (as in every other day) trips to my local Michael's because to me, it's therapeutic. Seriously, normal people like long walks at the beach, I like long walks in Michael's. I'm 100% introverted and I absolutely dread cooking. Want to know more? Read on!
A little history...
Ever since I was little, I've been obsessed with making things. I would save and re-purpose old soup cans, make birthday cards out of construction paper for my family, and save confetti from concerts so I could glue them into my scrapbooks. You name it, I made something with it. While all the kids in my class were watching cartoons, I was watching cooking, craft and home renovation shows. When I wasn't making something, I was writing in my journal or drawing on notes that I made for my friends. In high school, I was too scared to take any art or photography classes for fear of not being good enough, so instead, I enrolled myself in music. Looking back, that was one of my biggest regrets. Nowadays, I have much more confidence in my ability to learn and I am definitely more inclined to engage in new creative ventures!

For the most part, you can expect to see scrapbook-related posts. From time to time, you may see a glimpse of my travels and even a little of my everyday life. Don't get too excited though, it's nothing exciting! The main purpose is to preserve my memories and interact with all you creative people in the scrapbooking community!
Thanks for visiting and I hope you'll come back soon! :)
